Description
Clospipramine hydrochloride is a metabolite of clocapramine reportedly useful in the treatment of schizophrenia. In schizophrenic patients, its clinical efficacy and overall safety rating were not significantly different from clocapramine. However, at a lower dosage, clospipramine hydrochloride was more effective than clocapramine.
