Chemical Properties

Pigment Red 254 (PR 254) is a high-performance organic pigment, a dye and a pigment, is divided into two kinds of yellow light and blue light color pigment, bright color, strong coloring power, excellent dispersion, and at the same time has excellent solvent resistance, light fastness up to grade 8, temperature resistance of 300 degrees. Its chemical structure is stable, not easy to decompose, can keep the bright red color for a long time, the main component is amino acid silver salt, has good light resistance and weather resistance.

Uses

3,6-Bis(4-chlorophenyl)pyrrolo[3,4-c]pyrrole-1,4(2H,5H)-dione is Pigment Red 254; used in preparation method of high-performance polyurethane waterborne waterproof coating.
