Description
Mca-PLGL-Dap(Dnp)-AR-NH2 is a fluorogenic peptide substrate for matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs).1 Upon cleavage by an MMP, 7-methoxycoumarin-4-acetyl (Mca) is released and its fluorescence can be used to quantify MMP activity. Mca has excitation and emission maxima of 328 and 420 nm, respectively.WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
