ABBV-467 Chemical Properties, Uses, Production

Uses

ABBV-467 is a selective MCL-1 inhibitor (Ki: <0.01 nM). ABBV-467 induces apoptosis. ABBV-467 induces cancer cell death and inhibits tumor growth in models of hematological malignancies, such as multiple myeloma[1].

in vivo

ABBV-467 (12.5 mg/kg, i.v., once per week for 3 weeks) exhibits significant antitumor activity in t(4;14)-translocated multiple myeloma mouse models[1].

Animal Model:t(4;14) (chromosomal translocation between chromosome 4 and chromosome 14)-translocated high-risk multiple myeloma NOD-SCID mice[1]
Dosage:6.25 mg/kg and 12.5 mg/kg
Administration:Intravenous injection (i.v.), once per week for 3 weeks
Result:Resulted in a maximal tumor delay of 82% at 6.25 mg/kg and complete tumor regression at 12.5 mg/kg.
