5-AMAM-2-CP is a major metabolite of Acetamiprid. Acetamiprid is a neonicotinoid insecticide used worldwide and is a nAChR agonist[1][2].

5-AMAM-2-CP (5-(N-acetyl-N-methylaminomethyl)-2-chloropyridine) is a hydrolyzed product of Acetamiprid, which can be metabolized to 5-AMAM-2-CP in both blood and urine[1].
