Reactive Red Brown K-B3r Chemical Properties, Uses, Production

Uses

Reactive red-brown K-B3R is suitable for dyeing and direct printing of fibers and fabrics such as cotton and viscose. It is also suitable for discharge printing of light colors and can be used for dyeing silk and linen.

Preparation

2-Aminobenzoic acid diazo, and 7-Amino-4-hydroxynaphthalene-2-sulfonic acid coupling, and then chromium complexation; 2,4,6-Trichloro-1,3,5-triazine and 2-(4-Aminophenylsulfonyl)ethyl hydrogen sulfate condensation, triethylorthoformate condensation, again with complex product condensation, and salting-out.

Properties and Applications

Claret . Palm black powder. The strong sulfuric acid for black purple, diluted into purple, accompanied by precipitation; Nitric acid in the red for sauce, diluted for sauce is still red. The dye water solution is red sauce, add 1 Moore sodium hydroxide is still red sauce, continue to join insurance powder by shallow warm red to colorless; Add a boric acid sodium can’t restore the original colour and lustre. Can be used for cotton, viscose and various methods of silk dyeing and printing directly.
