GL67 Chemical Properties,Uses,Production
Uses
GL67 (N4-Spermine cholesteryl carbamate) is a cationic lipid. GL67 can be used for nucleic acid agents and vaccines delivery, and gene transfection[1].
Biological Activity
N4-Cholesteryl-Spermine (GL67) in combination with DOPE (1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine) and DMPE-PEG5000 (1,2-Dimyristoyl-sn-Glycero-3-Phosphoethanolamine-N-[methoxy (Polyethylene glycol)5000] is used as a non-viral gene transfer agent.
