TCO-PEG2-amine Chemical Properties, Uses, Production
Description
TCO-PEG2-amine contains a click chemistryTCO moiety and a free amine. This reagent can be used to derivatize activated esters or carboxyl groups through a stable amide bond in the presence of of activators EDC. The hydrophilic PEG linker increases the solubility of compounds in aqueous media.
Uses
TCO-PEG2-amine is a PEG-based PROTAC linker can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].
