Description
7-Deazaadenosine-5'-O-triphosphate is a modified nucleotide and an active metabolite of the nucleoside analog tubercidin (Item No. 35834).1 It is incorporated into the DNA of mouse L-cells using DNA polymerase α but not into the RNA of E. coli using RNA-dependent RNA polymerases (RdRps).1,2 7-Deazaadenosine-5'-O-triphosphate has been used as a probe for the ATP binding site of protein kinase A (PKA).3WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
