4-Aminoguinoline Chemical Properties, Uses, Production
Preparation
Research has found that, under transition metal-free conditions, a series of 4-Aminoguinoline and their derivatives can be synthesized via a three-component one-pot method using amines, benzenesulfonyl acetonitrile, and dimethyl sulfoxide as substrates through catalytic oxidation cyclization reactions.

Uses
4-Quinolinamine and its derivatives are commonly used as anti-malarial drugs and also have potential therapeutic effects on patients afflicted with arthritis (and/or related diseases).

Purification Methods
