Description

DBCO-PEG2-PFP ester is a PEG active ester consisting of a DBCO group which can react with azides under copper free conditions. The PFP ester is an active ester which can react with amine groups. PFP esters have been are stable compounds and are less susceptible to undergo hydrolysis.

Uses

DBCO-PEG2-PFP ester is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs. DBCO-PEG2-PFP ester is a click chemistry reagent, it contains a DBCO group that can undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with molecules containing Azide groups[1].
