4α-Aminocyclohexan-1α-ol Chemical Properties, Uses, Production
Synthesis
The synthesis of cis-4-aminocyclohexanol is based on the large-scale production of paracetamol (p-ethylphthalaminophenol) by domestic manufacturers as raw material, and then generate cis-4-acetamidocyclohexanol and trans-4-acetamidocyclohexanol through autoclave benzene ring hydrogenation; and then through the alkali decomposition, the ethylphthalide group is removed, generating cis-4-amino cyclohexanol and trans-4-amino cyclohexanol, and then crystallized in solvent for cis-trans splitting. The process route is reasonable and concise, with high yield and low production cost.
