N-Acetyl D-Galactosamine 6-Sulfate induces the fibrillar features of amyloid-β (Aβ)-glycosaminoglycans (GAG) interactions in vitro. The development of theraputics based on this model may lead to effective inhibitors of the GAG-induced amyloid formation.
