Description
Bis-PEG4-sulfonic acid is a PEG linker with sulfonic acid moieties. The sulfonic acid groups can participate in esterification, halogenation and displacement reactions. The hydrophilic PEG linkers increase the water solubility of the compound in aqueous media.
Uses
Bis-PEG4-sulfonic acid is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].
