Description
t-Boc-N-Amido-PEG7-propargyl is a crosslinking reagent that enables the formation of triazole linkage with azides under the catalyzation of copper. The Boc-protected amine can be deprotected under mild acidic conditions. By introducing PEG chain into the molecule, the hydrophilicity can be greatly improved.
Uses
Boc-NH-PEG7-propargyl is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1]. Boc-NH-PEG7-propargyl is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
