KYL (trifluoroacetate salt) Chemical Properties, Uses, Production
Description
KYL is a 12-amino acid synthetic peptide and an inhibitor of the Eph tyrosine kinase receptor A4 (EphA4; IC50 = 4.22 µM).1 KYL inhibits EphA4-induced growth cone collapse in embryonic chicken retina explants when used at a concentration of 5 µM.2WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
