An alkaloid isolated by Petrie from Solandra longiflora, the base has subsequently been shown to be identical with norHyoscyamine (q.v.).
Uses
Norhycosamine Hydrochloride is a metabolite of Hycosamine (H674300), a natural compound that has inhibitory activity against cholinesterases.
