Copper phytate

Application

Copper phytate is a phytate salt. Other phytates include calcium phytate, zinc phytate, manganese phytate, titanium phytate, barium phytate, chromium phytate, germanium phytate, and nickel phytate. These can be used as treatment agents in the synthesis of metal surface rust inhibitors, with calcium phytate, zinc phytate, and manganese phytate being the most commonly used. Metal surface rust inhibitors are widely used in the automotive, machinery, and electrical appliance industries for rust prevention. Metal surfaces treated with this product form a dense, uniform, hard, and moderately thick film that is firmly bonded to the substrate. It contains no water of crystallization, thus exhibiting high strength, good oxidation resistance, long service life, good surface finish, and strong corrosion resistance. This product is non-corrosive, has low requirements for production and usage equipment and environment, is easy to operate, transport, and store, is recyclable, and its waste liquid is easy to treat, causing no environmental pollution. Copper phytate can also be used in agriculture to produce foliar fertilizers, supplementing trace elements and promoting growth; preventing physiological diseases caused by nutrient deficiencies; and controlling plant diseases caused by fungi and bacteria. It is highly effective against ginger rot, stem rot, downy mildew, blight, and leaf spot. It has the dual function of promoting growth and increasing yield while controlling diseases, and is unlikely to induce resistance. Suitable crops: melons, vegetables, ginger, peanuts, and fruit trees.
