Uses
Acid Blue 168 is mainly used for dyeing wool, silk, and tussah silk in neutral or weakly acidic dye baths, as well as for direct printing on fabrics such as wool, silk, nylon, and vinylon. When used for dyeing wool with multiple fibers in the same bath, nylon will receive a deeper color, silk a slightly lighter color, cellulose acetate will show some staining, cotton will show slight staining, and viscose and polyester will not show staining. It can also be blended with Neutral Deep Yellow (GL) and Neutral Green (GL).

Properties and Applications
