A specific CB2-specific agonist that inhibits forskolin-stimulated cAMP production in CB2-transfected cells. It reduces blood pressure, blocks defecation, and elicits anti-inflammatory and peripheral analgesic activity and thus may lead to new therapies for hypertension, inflammation, and pain. 生物活性

Potent and selective CB 2 receptor agonist (K i values are 22.7 nM and > 10 μ M for CB 2 and CB 1 receptors respectively, EC 50 = 5.57 nM). Displays antiallodynic activity in the rat hindpaw incision model of postoperative pain.
