Zhejiang Castchem New Materials Co., Ltd.?is a Sino-US joint venture that is established and controlled by Castchem Inc(Hangzhou and US). Castchem mainly engages in developing and producing STMMA series of molding materials(foamable copolymer resin) for lost foam castings, and we are the unique manufacturer of foundry resin in China having three invention patents and twenty utility model patents. The “new-model expandable STMMA copolymer resin and a method for preparing the same” has won Chinese patent and American patent. New-model STMMA expandable copolymer resin obtained Certificates for Zhejiang High-tech Product and National Torch Plan Project in 2007, and then the company became the unique drafting unit of national standard Evaporative Pattern Casting Pattern Material STMMA Expandable Copolymer Resin. This series product has been applied by a lot of domestic and oversea enterprises such as American General, BMW group Germany, Anhui Quanchai Engine Co., Ltd., and etc. Moreover, our products have been exported to Europe, America, South Korea, Iran, Middle East, South Asia, and other regions. Our products have a 80 percent market share in China, and 70 percent in America. In recent years, the company has successfully developed long fibered reinforced polypropylene, which is a high-performance thermoplastic material. The company brought full control of 25,000 square meters area in Weiyi Road,High-Tech Industry Zone of Quzhou for new production lines of main products methyl hydrogen silicone fluid, long fibered reinforced polypropylene and evaporative pattern casted resin STMMA--FD. Methyl hydrogen silicone fluid adopts the most advanced solvent-free continuous production process in China. Our products are preferred by clients and they have been exported to international markets. The second-phase project 6,000t evaporative pattern casted resin STMMA--FD has been put into operation.
