Description

Norketamine is a major metabolite of ketamine. Like its parent compound, norketamine produces general anesthesia in vivo by blocking the NMDA receptor channel (Kis = 0.53 and 3.6 μM for ketamine and norketamine, respectively). This product is intended for forensic and research applications.
