efineptakin alfa Usage And Synthesis
UsesEfineptakin alfa (NT-17) is a long-acting recombinant human IL-7. Efineptakin alfa supports the proliferation and survival CD4+ and CD8+ cells in both human and mice. Efineptakin alfa can be used for glioblastoma research[1].
in vivo

Efineptakin alfa (10 mg/kg, IM, single) combined with SLC-3010 (1.8 mg/kg, IV, single) inhibits tumor growth in MC38-bearing mice[1].
Efineptakin alfa (10 mg/kg) mitigates RT-related lymphopenia, increases cytotoxic CD8 T lymphocytes systemically and in the tumor, and improves survival in orthotopic glioma-bearing mice[2].

Animal Model:C57BL/6 mice bearing intracranial tumors (GL261 or CT2A)[1]
Dosage:10 mg/kg
Administration:On the final day of RT (radiotherapy, 1.8 Gy/day × 5 days) completion
Result:Increased T lymphocytes in the lymph nodes, thymus, and spleen, enhanced IFNγ production, and decreased Tregs in the tumor which was associated with a significant increase in survival. Enhanced central memory and effector memory CD8 T cells in lymphoid organs and tumor. Decreased progenitor cells in the bone marrow.
