Biological ActivityThioquinapiperifil (KF31327 free base) is a potent, selective, and noncompetitive inhibitor of phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) (IC50 of 0.074 nM) for sexual maturation studies.
in vitroThioquinapiperifil can be found in dietary supplements. Thioquinapiperifil (KF31327 free base) (0.1-10 μM) concentration dependently inhibits platelet aggregation. In the absence of nitroglycerin, higher concentrations 1 and 10 μM of Thioquinapiperifil (KF31327 free base) are required to inhibit platelet aggregation.
