| Uses | Fluorescent Brightener KS-N is suitable for all plastics, especially synthetic fibers, and has a strong whitening effect. It can also be used for color whitening and brightening in the coatings, inks, and paints industries. The fluorescent whitening agent KSN has a similar chemical structure to OB-1, but its whitening effect on polyester fibers and plastic products, as well as its compatibility with plastics, are superior to OB-1. A very small amount is sufficient to produce a good whitening effect. It has excellent high-temperature resistance and outstanding resistance to sunlight and weathering.
