DescriptionPAR4 (1-6) amide is a synthetic peptide agonist of proteinase-activated receptor 4 (PAR4) that corresponds to residues 1-6 of the amino terminal tethered ligand sequence of human PAR4 and residues 48-53 of the full-length sequence.1 It induces contractions in isolated rat gastric longitudinal muscle tissue and endothelium-dependent relaxation of precontracted rat aortic rings (EC50s = 300-400 μM).WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
