DescriptionMPro 13b is a coronavirus Mpro inhibitor. It inhibits SARS-CoV-2 infection of human Calu3 cells.
UsesSARS-CoV-2-IN-1 is a potent Mpro inhibitor. SARS-CoV-2-IN-1 inhibits the purified recombinant SARS-CoV-2 Mpro, SARS-CoV Mpro and MERS-CoV Mpro with IC50s of 0.67, 0.90 and 0.58 μM, respectively[1].

SARS-CoV-2-IN-1 (3 mg/kg; subcutaneous) shows the Cmax is 126.2 ng/mL. The mean residence time for SARS-CoV-2-IN-1 is extended to 2.7 hours and the plasma half-life in CD-1 mice is 1.8 hour[1].
