抗氧化剂626为白色至类白色粉末状物质,具有挥发性低,作用效率更高的特点,多与受阻酚类抗氧剂复配使用。

抗氧化剂626适用于:聚烯烃和烯烃共聚物,聚碳酸脂、聚酰胺等工程塑料,橡胶及弹性体,涂料及粘合剂。
抗氧化剂626的添加量:0.05-0.2%,具体添加量根据应用测试确定。

(3) The product dichloropentaerythritol diphosphite obtained from step (2) was dropwise added to a 0.6 mol/L aqueous solution of 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol. The molar ratio of 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol to dichloropentaerythritol diphosphite was maintained at 2.30:1. The mixture was stirred under nitrogen at a speed of 800 rpm and reacted at 60°C for 2 hours. The hydrogen chloride gas generated during the reaction was absorbed by a sodium hydroxide solution. (4) The solvent was removed by减压蒸馏 under reduced pressure at 100°C and 0.06 MPa. An appropriate amount of isopropanol was then added to the residue, and the mixture was stirred to crystallize the product. (5) The reaction mixture obtained from step (4) was subjected to suction filtration to yield a white solid powder, identified as bis(2,4-di-tert-butylphenyl) pentaerythritol diphosphite.
