It is a member of the pyrophosphate family with the best water retention properties, and due to its neutral pH, it is more soluble than basic pyrophosphates. | | Chemical Properties | Trisodium hydrogen diphosphate is a white powder crystal, easily soluble in water, the aqueous solution is close to neutral and insoluble in ethanol. It often exists in the form of monohydrate (Na3HP2O7·H2O), and the crystal water is not easy to remove.
