140°-160°C for 30 minutes. Then the temperature is increased for 15-20
minutes to 165°-170°C. On cooling a colorless mass of crystals results. This is
boiled with 50-60 ml ethanol and crystallized. Colorless crystals result which are soluble in water up to about 6%; pH of the aqueous solution is 6.9. The
