Biological ActivitySelective allosteric potentiator of M 4 acetylcholine receptors (EC 50 values are 33 and 0.7 nM for ACh in the absence and presence of VU10010 espectively). Binds to an allosteric site on the receptor increasing affinity for ACh and coupling to G-proteins.
