PreparationPreparative Method of (N-Methyl-N-phenylamino)triphenylphosphonium Iodide: phenyliminotriphenylphosphorane is reacted with excess Iodomethane at reflux for 2 h. Removal of MeI followed by recrystallization gives a quantitative yield.[1]
