Etarotene (Ro 15-1570) 是 Arotinoid (HY-106735) 的衍生物。Etarotene 是一种口服有效的抗肿瘤剂，可在大鼠体内抑制 DMBA (HY-W011845) 诱导的乳腺肿瘤，并导致维生素 A 过多症的中毒症状。
