UsesCYP51-IN-2 (compound 1b), a Fluconazole (HY-B0101) analog, is a potent antifungal agent. CYP51-IN-2 shows 64 and 128 times higher activity than that of Fluconazole against Microsporum gypseum and Candida albicans, respectively[1].
