以4-(4-溴-3-甲酰基苯氧基)苯甲腈为原料合成4-(4-溴-3-(羟基甲基)苯氧基)苯甲腈的一般步骤如下:在25-30℃条件下,将100g 4-(4-溴-3-甲酰基苯氧基)苯甲腈(VI)溶解于500mL甲醇中,随后冷却至10-15℃。在保持10-15℃的条件下,缓慢加入6.2g硼氢化钠,加料时间为60-90分钟。加料完毕后,将反应体系温度缓慢升至15-20℃。反应完成后,向反应混合物中加入1000mL水,并于25-30℃下搅拌1小时。通过真空过滤收集所得固体产物,用水洗涤后,在不超过55℃的条件下进行真空干燥,得到4-(4-溴-3-(羟基甲基)苯氧基)苯甲腈(V)。产率:99.0%;纯度:99.02%。
