Azido-PEG2-Amine.Tos-OH Usage And Synthesis
UsesH2N-PEG2-N3 (TosOH) is a click chemistry reagent containing an Azide. N3-PEG2-Amine is used as a Click-chemistry linker in various applications[1]. It contains an azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing alkyne groups. It can also undergo ring strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
