| Uses | Sifalimumab (MEDI-545) is an anti-IFNα monoclonal antibody. Sifalimumab suppresses the abnormal immune activity by binding to multiple interferon-alpha (IFNα) subtypes. Sifalimumab can be used in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) research[1][2]. | | in vivo | Sifalimumab (subcutaneous injection; 30 mg/kg and 3 μg/g) treatment shows therapeutic effect and attenuates the lymphocyte infiltration[2]. | Animal Model: | Wild-type male BALB/c mice[2] | | Dosage: | 30 mg/kg and 3 μg/g | | Administration: | Subcutaneous injection; 30 mg/kg and 3 μg/g | | Result: | Prevented the increase CpG-induced, decreasing CD86 fluorescence intensity by 1.9-fold (P < 0.05).
