UsesAntitumor agent-62 (Compound 47) is a NO-releasing antitumor agent. Antitumor agent-62 shows antiproliferative activity against four cancer cell lines. Antitumor agent-62 activates mitochondrial apoptosis pathway and arrests cell cycle at G2/M phase[1].
