以3-氨基苯硼酸和丙烯酰氯为原料合成3-丙烯酰胺基苯硼酸的一般步骤：将3-氨基苯硼酸（0.566g，3.65mmol）和Na2CO3（0.67g，80.3mmol）加入20mL 1:1（v/v）的四氢呋喃和水混合溶剂中，并将混合物冷却至0℃。在搅拌条件下，缓慢滴加丙烯酰氯（960mg，8.06mmol）。滴加完毕后，让混合物自然升温至室温并继续搅拌2小时。反应完成后，加入10mL水以终止反应，随后用乙酸乙酯（20mL×3）萃取反应混合物。合并有机相，用饱和NaCl溶液（10mL）洗涤，最后用无水Na2SO4干燥有机层。浓缩有机层后，通过柱色谱法纯化，得到浅黄色固体产物3-丙烯酰胺基苯硼酸（0.32g，产率40.1%）。
