DescriptionTAMRA-PEG4-Methyltetrazine is a fluorescent dye compound which can be labled to other macromolecule via click chemistry with TCO. Rhodamine is a commonly used red fluorescent dye tracer in biology for staining cells, tissues, biomarkers or nanoparticles. It has peak fluorescence emission at 572-575 nm.
UsesTAMRA-PEG4-methyltetrazine is a dye derivative of TAMRA (HY-135640) containing 4 PEG units. TAMRA-PEG4-methyltetrazine contains a Tetrazine group that can undergo an inverse electron demand Diels-Alder reaction (iEDDA) with molecules containing TCO groups.
