| | dihydronovobiocin Usage And Synthesis |
| Uses | Dihydronovobiocin is a bacterial inhibitor and ATPase inhibitor that can bind to GyrB. Dihydronovobiocin can be used to study the interaction between coumarin antibiotics (such as Novobiocin, Chlorobiocin, and Coumermycin) and DNA gyrase. Dihydronovobiocin also has the potential to study bacterial infections[1][2]. | | References | [1] Gormley NA, et al. The interaction of coumarin antibiotics with fragments of DNA gyrase B protein.
