| Uses | Senazodan (MCI 154) is a Ca2+ sensitiser, and also shows inhibition effect on PDE III[1][2]. | | in vivo | Senazodan (0.1~2.0 mg/kg; left femoral vein catheterization infusion) decreases the pressor effect of norepinephrine (NE)[3].
