| Description | Eniluracil (59989-18-3) is an irreversible dihydropyrimidine dehydrogenase (DPD) inhibitor.1-3 DPD is involved in the degradation of pyrimidine-based chemotherapeutic drugs such as 5-fluorouracil (5-FU).
