DescriptionAdd 4743 is an analog of ciglitazone; adipogenic agent.
UsesAD 4743 (ADD 4743) is a metabolite of Ciglitazone (HY-W011220). AD 4743 is an adipogenic agent. AD 4743 induces FPRP accumulation and accumulation of lipid droplets. AD 4743 inhibits cell proliferation of preadipose cells[1][2].
