Preparation1. Mix p-hydroxyphenylpropionic acid, dichloromethane, and pyridinium p-toluenesulfonate, and add a vinyl isopropyl ether/dichloromethane mixture, controlling the temperature at 15-20℃ and adding slowly. After reacting for 5 hours, confirm by TLC that no raw material remains, then wash with saturated brine and concentrate the organic phase. 2. Mix 3-[4-(1-ethoxyethoxy)phenyl]propionic acid, toluene, and tris(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl) borate, and add methyl anthranilate dropwise. Reflux under microvacuum for 5 hours to remove water, confirm by TLC that no compound III remains, then concentrate to 1/3 of the original volume, add n-heptane, slurry, and filter. 3. Mix the wet product obtained in the previous step with dichloromethane, adjust the pH to 11-12 with sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, and hydrolyze for 6 hours; after separation, retain the aqueous phase, add ethanol, adjust the pH to 1-2 with hydrochloric acid, slurry, filter, wash with ethanol, and dry to obtain 2-(3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)propanamido)benzoic acid.
