m-PEG3-4-nitrophenyl carbonate Usage And Synthesis
Descriptionm-PEG3-4-nitrophenyl carbonate is a PEG linker with a nitrophenyl carbonate moiety. NPC is reactive towards the amino group of lysine by means of stable urethane linkages. The hydrophilic PEG linker increases the water solubility of the compound.
Usesm-PEG2-4-nitrophenyl carbonate is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].
IC 50PEGs; Alkyl/ether
