DescriptionDDPO is a folypolyglutamate synthetase antagonist.
UsesDDPO is an inhibitor for dihydrofolate reductase (DHFR) with an IC50 of 0.035 μM. DDPO inhibits the cell growth of cancer cell L1210 and WI-L2with IC50 of 5 and 0.28 μM[1].
