Description14:0 PEG PE, MW 350 is a PEG-modified phospholipid conjugate used in liposome formation of sterically stabilized liposomes with low reticuloendothelial system uptake and increased circulation duration to target cells.
Uses14:0 PEG550 PE might be used as lipid additive to study its effect on the phase properties of hydrated monoolein. It is also suitable for use in the formation of liposomes encapsulating hemoglobin (LEHs).
Uses14:0 PEG750 PE is suitable for use as a stabilizing lipid in the preparation of folate receptor-targeting magneto liposomes. It might also be used for graphene surface modification, to study protein translocation.
Uses14:0 PEG350 PE might be suitable for the preparation of floating bilayer lipid membrane.
