| | Laniquidar Usage And Synthesis |
| Uses | Laniquidar (R101933) is a noncompetitive, third generation P-glycoprotein (P-gp) inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.51 μM. Laniquidar can be used for modulating multidrug resistance transporters[1]. Laniquidar can also be used for studying acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS)[2]. Laniquidar has limited oral bioavailability[3]. | | References | [1] Luurtsema G, et al. Evaluation of [11C]laniquidar as a tracer of P-glycoprotein: radiosynthesis and biodistribution in rats.
