DescriptionTCO-PEG8-TCO is a PEG reagent containing TCO moiety at both ends of the molecule. TCO group specifically and efficiently reacts with tetrazine. The hydrophilic PEG8 arm increases the solubility of compounds in aqueous media.
UsesTCO-PEG8-TCO is a PEG-based PROTAC linker can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].
